HID Consult is looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support our recruitment operations and company operations. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing communication and scheduling tasks online. This role helps coordinate candidate communication and maintain an efficient hiring workflow.
Responsibilities
- Post job listings on platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, job boards)
- Reply to candidate messages using prepared templates
- Schedule interviews and calls using Calendly or Google Calendar
- Track candidates and application status in Google Sheets
- Send follow-up messages to applicants
- Maintain organized records of candidates and interviews
Requirements
- Good written English communication
- Ability to work during US business hours
- Reliable internet connection
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets and scheduling software
- Trustworthy and responsive
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Recruitment Assistant
- Familiar with freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
- Experience managing calendars and scheduling meetings
Compensation
- Hourly or monthly payment
